Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic operational initiatives and driving significant business improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
