Director of Strategic Workforce & Skills Planning

Carnival UK is seeking a Director, Future Workforce to define strategic workforce planning for P&O Cruises and Cunard, shaping the approach, insights, tools and governance needed to forecast skills and capabilities long term across ship and shore.

You’ll lead data-led scenario planning, identify capability gaps, and translate insights into practical actions in learning design, recruitment, employer brand and location strategy, partnering with senior leaders to influence the future workforce.
