Director, R&D & Strategic Finance – Growth & Modeling

Tanium is seeking a Director of R&D and Strategic Finance to partner with R&D leadership, owning budgets for Engineering, Product, and Strategy while delivering advanced financial modeling and insights to enable data-driven decisions and growth. This high-visibility role reports to executive leadership and leads a small budgeting team.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in strategic finance, strong AI/automation experience, and a deep understanding of SaaS metrics.
