Director/VP, Energy Transition Investment Banking

ACL Partners, a London-based investment banking advisory, is seeking a Director/VP to join its Corporate Investment Banking team. The role covers end-to-end M&A, project finance, debt advisory, and capital raising across energy transition, renewables, infrastructure, and natural resources, with a global client base.

You will lead client engagements, oversee financial modelling and documentation, and mentor deal teams.
