Disability Support Worker — 24/7 Home & Community Care

NZCL is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to support people in their own homes within Nelson Residential Services. You will join a team that creates a safe environment where clients develop confidence, learn new skills, form friendships, and engage with the community.

Role involves assisting with daily activities, personal care, meals, and teaching life skills, with 24/7 support on some rosters and potential sleepover payments. Full NZ driver's license is essential.
