The Opportunity
We’re delighted to be supporting a prestigious independent optical practice in Gerrards Cross, renowned for its luxury eyewear collections, exceptional service, and clinical excellence. This opportunity is for a Qualified Dispensing Optician to join their team but also cover other local branches when needed. This role offers the chance to combine hands-on dispensing with leadership responsibility in a beautifully presented, high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense premium eyewear and lens solutions to meet each patient’s individual needs.
- Maintain and enhance the boutique reputation of the practice through exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified Dispensing Optician (GOC registered).
- Previous experience working with high-end or boutique practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability build rapport with patients.
- Commercially aware with a passion for achieving performance goals.
- Confident, professional, and committed to delivering a memorable patient experience.
The Package
- Salary: Up to 34,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week including every Saturday
