Lead full styling consultations - understanding a client's lifestyle, features and personal style before curating their tray of frames Guide clients through a genuinely bespoke eyewear journey, not a transactional dispense Build long-term relationships with clients who return again and again, often for years Get involved in trunk shows, collection launches and events that showcase the practice's range Work alongside a small, close-knit team who take real pride in the standard they deliver Be part of a practice actively shaping what "best in class" looks like for the wider industryWhat We're Looking For
