About the Role

Our client, a reputable legal practice in Norwich , is looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join its dedicated team. This role involves managing a varied caseload of contentious matters for both commercial and individual clients, utilising a range of legal strategies to achieve favourable outcomes. You will be integral to advising clients on litigation, mediation, and arbitration, ensuring their legal rights are protected. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex disputes, including contract disputes, property litigation, and negligence claims.
• Advise clients on the best course of action, including pre-litigation strategies and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
• Draft and issue court proceedings, statements of case, and other relevant legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Achieve commercially sound resolutions for clients efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a proven track record in dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure rules and litigation processes.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and client management skills.
• Ability to analyse complex factual and legal issues.
