Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) | Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks & Paddock Wood

A well-established Kent law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with up to 2 years' PQE to develop their career within a supportive and reputable practice.

The role will involve handling a varied caseload of civil litigation matters , including property disputes, boundary and neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant litigation, inheritance disputes, possession proceedings and contractual disputes . Previous experience in property litigation or landlord and tenant matters would be advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• NQ to 2 years' PQE in Litigation or Dispute Resolution
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Experience using legal case management systems
• Enthusiastic about business development and career progression
