MTrec Technical are representing our well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing client in their search for an experienced Distribution Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in driving performance across logistics and supply chain functions within a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Job you will do:

• Act as the main point of contact for customer service queries on collection, delivery and order fulfilment.
• Monitor and report 3rd party logistics providers performance collection and delivery on time in full reporting daily and weekly.
• Ensure the warehouse has visibility of loading plans at agreed deadlines.
• Analysis of customers Key Performance Indicators, with root causes of issues identified and tracked.
• Liaise with customers to assign haulage, arrange collections and confirm delivery slots, as required.
• Provide transport planning cover across a range of customers from multiple collection points, including pallet and tray collections. xwwtmva
