District Family Help Lead (Deputy Team Manager)

Oldham Council is seeking a Deputy District Family Help Team Manager to lead a district family help team in the Families First Partnership Programme. The post focuses on delivering high quality family support to children and families, coordinating multi‑agency work, and driving positive outcomes.

You will deputise for the Team Manager, supervise staff, and contribute to recruitment, development and performance management, while modelling the council’s values and strengths-based practice.
