Diversity & Inclusion Specialist (Maternity Cover) - Hybrid

RIBA is seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist on a fixed-term maternity cover to lead the delivery of our inclusion strategy. The role focuses on improving colleague experience, embedding equity across workstreams, and building a more inclusive profession.

Location is London or Liverpool with hybrid/remote work; full-time contract until October/November 2027. Salary is £50,000 with a strong benefits package and opportunities to influence change within the organisation.
