Divisional Managing Director – Fire Engineering Consultancy Six figure salary + benefits Flexible Location We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK fire safety and compliance organisation seeking an experienced Divisional Managing Director to build, lead and scale its Fire Engineering Consultancy division. This is a significant senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for:

• Setting and delivering the consultancy’s growth strategy
• Full commercial ownership including revenue, margin, utilisation and forecasting
• Leading technical governance, quality assurance and professional standards
• Developing senior client relationships and new business opportunities
• Recruiting, developing and leading a high-performing team of fire engineers and consultants
• Establishing the consultancy as a recognised leader within the UK fire engineering market We are particularly interested in speaking with senior leaders currently operating within a fire engineering consultancy environment, ideally with responsibility for a business unit, practice, region or consultancy team. Candidates should combine strong technical fire engineering credentials with proven commercial leadership, business development and P&L experience. Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Fire Engineering or related discipline, with IFE membership and ideally CEng/IEng status.
