Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their team on a 9 Month FTC. This role will support the effective management of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient document control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain controlled project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control and compliance with company and client requirements.
Coordinate the creation, review, approval, distribution and archiving of documents within project and quality management systems.
Monitor document and drawing progress, tracking deadlines, and following up on outstanding actions.
Maintain document registers and prepare reports to support project teams and audits.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of document control processes and procedures.
Requirements
5 years' experience in a Document Controller role.
Previous experience supporting oil and gas projects is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of electronic document management systems (EDMS), document control principles, and ISO standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and SharePoint.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
