Document Controller – Commercial Fit Out 📍 Central London | Up to £45,000 + Travel | Permanent Start: October 2026

Are you that person who secretly shudders when someone saves a drawing as “FINAL FINAL v3”?

A leading commercial fit-out contractor is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join its team following a number of exciting new project wins across Central London. You'll be working on high-quality CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects, becoming an integral part of the site team and ensuring information gets to the right people, in the right format, at the right time.

The Role

Manage drawings, specifications and project documentation Maintain and manage the project EDMS Upload, issue and track technical information Maintain document registers and revision control Coordinate information between consultants, subcontractors, clients and site teams Manage workflows, approvals and project recordsAbout You

You'll have around 5 years' Document Control experience within construction and be confident using Aconex or a similar EDMS. You'll be organised, proactive, great with people and comfortable working within a busy project environment. Previous commercial fit-out, CAT A or CAT B experience would be particularly welcome.Why Join?
