Domestic Electrician – Social Housing
Location: Birmingham & South Warwickshire Job Type: Full-time PAYE Pay: 41k basic plus over time and call out (Van provided) Sector: Social Housing
We are looking for an experienced Domestic Electrician to join a well establish property maintenance company. You will be carrying out electrical works across social housing properties in Birmingham and South Warwickshire.
The Role
The successful electrician will be responsible for a range of domestic electrical works, including:

Boiler electrical wire-ups
*
Minor electrical works and repairs
*
Testing and fault finding
*
Completing Minor Works Certificates
*
Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance
Requirements
*
Fully qualified Domestic Electrician
*
Relevant electrical qualifications
*
Experience within social housing is desirable
*
Competent with boiler electrical wire-ups
*
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
*
Full Clean UK driving licence
