JCO Healthcare are delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly successful domiciliary care provider in the recruitment of a Domiciliary Care Manager for their thriving Colchester branch.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation with a strong local presence, an excellent reputation for quality care, and an established care team already delivering a substantial volume of care hours each week.

The branch is performing exceptionally well and is seeking a motivated and commercially aware manager who can continue to drive quality, compliance, growth and staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of the domiciliary care service
• Leadership, development and support of the office and care teams
• Maintaining excellent CQC compliance and quality standards
• Building relationships with commissioners, clients and families
• Driving branch growth whilst maintaining outstanding care delivery
• Ensuring effective rota management and operational performance

About You

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness with a focus on service growth
• Passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care
