Working across Devon , you will assist clients with a range of daily living tasks, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with utmost respect for their dignity.
• Support clients with medication management as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Help clients with domestic tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with feeding if required.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities.
• Monitor clients' well-being and promptly report any changes in their condition to the care manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient, and reliable nature.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to travel within the Plymouth area.
