Job DescriptionAre you caring, empathetic, and looking for a role that truly makes a difference?We are seeking Care Professionals with availability to work evenings and weekends providing personalised support to our clients, helping them to remain happy and independent in their own homes.Our evening calls start from 4pm onwards / weekends start from 7am until 10pmWe are based in Shrewsbury, however we are looking for applicants who are able to also travel to surrounding areas outside of the town centre.Example of some of the areas we provide care are Bomere Heath / Baschurch / Crew Green / Condover
