Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care and support to clients in their homes, tailored to their individual care plans.
• Assist clients with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and maintaining hygiene.
• Support with medication management, meal preparation, light domestic duties, and accompanying clients to appointments.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote their social and emotional well-being.
• Accurately record all care provided and any significant observations, reporting concerns to the care manager promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a caregiving role, especially domiciliary care, is highly valued.
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach towards clients and their families.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective record-keeping and interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
