Zest Business Group seeks a GOC-registered Optometrist to provide clinical leadership for a growing domiciliary eyecare venture in the South of England. The role is flexible and self-employed, with mentoring and governance duties as the network expands.

You will help shape clinical governance, policies and compliance, while collaborating with founders. Hands-on experience in domiciliary care or practice ownership is highly valued, with equity/profit-share potential as the business grows.
