About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship plan to engage and retain existing donors.
• Manage communications with donors, including thank you letters, impact reports, and personalised updates.
• Organise donor appreciation events and engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the CRM database.
• Respond promptly and professionally to donor enquiries and requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in donor relations , fundraising support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building rapport.
