Drainage Engineer

To be considered for this Drainage Engineer role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years experience within the drainage industry, including high-pressure jetting, blockage clearance and CCTV surveying To live within a 30-minute drive of the depot in Coalville To be willing to undergo a DBS check The ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting other operatives and engineers when required To be able to carry out daily and weekly maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment, ensuring everything remains fully operational A full UK Driving Licence What youll be doing: As a Drainage Engineer, you will be responsible for: Leading a two-person team operating high-pressure jetting and CCTV surveying equipment Attending drainage-related issues, including emergency callouts for blockages and pipe cleaning as part of regular maintenance programmes Carrying out drain CCTV surveys on both small and large projects to a high standard using Wincan Reporting Software Accurately recording and providing feedback on completed works Delivering a high standard of customer service and technical expertise

Salary:

£30,000

£35,000 basic salary, plus on-call bonus, with an average OTE of £40,000 per year. Hours:

Working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours of 7.30am

4.30pm. Some flexibility will be required around start and finish times. Overtime and weekend work is also available. On-call rota: The on-call rota is currently 1 week in 4, Monday to Friday, although this may change depending on employee numbers. You will also be required to be on call for either a Saturday or Sunday once every four weeks. Bank Holidays also need to be covered, with these shared between all engineers.
