Driver Development Coach & Assessor

DHL Supply Chain in Burton-on-Trent is seeking a Driver Development Assessor to coach and develop our driver team, ensuring safety, compliance and high performance across the fleet.

You will work with drivers and transport management, maintain records, and support rollouts of new processes and digital initiatives. The role requires a valid HGV Class 1 licence, Driver CPC and Tachograph card, with training experience welcome.
