Children's Duty & Assessment Social Worker – North West Local Authority

We are recruiting experienced Children's Social Workers to join a busy Duty & Assessment Team within a North West Local Authority.
This is a fast-paced frontline role where you'll complete high-quality assessments, manage risk, and support children and families at the first point of intervention. You will work closely with multi-agency partners to ensure the right support is in place before cases transfer to longer-term teams.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Experience within Duty & Assessment or frontline children's services.
Strong assessment, risk management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a busy, supportive team environment.
