Duty Manager: Lead Frontline Team & Guest Experience

Premier Inn in Gatwick Crawley Town West is seeking a Duty Manager who will lead shifts on the floor, working across reception, housekeeping and restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll provide on-the-floor leadership, coach team members and handle guest queries with calm efficiency.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can make quick decisions, support busy services and help keep the hotel running smoothly with the wider leadership team.
