Duty Manager — Lead Shifts & Guest Experience (Permanent, Guaranteed Hours)

Whitbread is hiring a Duty Manager for our Bristol Cribbs Causeway Premier Inn. This is a hands-on leadership role with 30 guaranteed hours per week, based at Cribbs Causeway.

You’ll work across reception, housekeeping and restaurant to keep the hotel running smoothly, help guests, lead the team and brief staff before busy periods.

No hotel experience is required; we welcome people from retail or hospitality who want to step up and grow with Whitbread.
