Dynamic Logistics Operations Coordinator

CitySprint in Warwick is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep daily couriers moving, support the control team, and ensure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs. This busy role sits at the heart of our service centre and requires clear communication and good judgement.

You will coordinate designated couriers, resolve day-to-day queries, work with colleagues across operations and control, and keep systems such as CityTrak and X-Despatch up to date.
