Dynamic School Cover Coordinator — SIMS/CMIS Expert

Smile Education are currently recruiting for a school experienced Cover Manager to start immediately at a welcoming Secondary School in Redditch.

You will manage the day-to-day cover requirements across the school, coordinating planned and unplanned staff absences and working with senior leaders, teaching staff and external supply agencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience using SIMS, CMIS, ARBOR or BROMCOM and demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills under pressure.
