A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Support Consultant with expertise in LS Retail to join a growing team. This is a home-based role with occasional travel to the nearest office, offering flexibility and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail , troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Work closely with customers to understand, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Support system upgrades, configurations, and integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service , ensuring clients maximize their ERP investment.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong experience supporting LS Retail within a Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) environment .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
• Technical/development background considered if combined with strong communication skills .
• Experience working in a customer-facing role , providing high-quality support services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with teams when needed.
