E-commerce Analyst

About the Role

Our client is looking for a data-driven and insightful E-commerce Analyst to join their team in Liverpool . This role is essential for understanding customer behavior, identifying trends, and optimizing the online shopping experience to drive sales and profitability. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data from various sources to provide actionable recommendations for the e-commerce and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various e-commerce platforms, website analytics, and customer surveys.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer acquisition cost.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in e-commerce data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website design, user experience, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate data insights into strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an E-commerce Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
