About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Analyst to join their remote team. This role is crucial for driving informed decision-making by examining online sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends. You will be responsible for developing insights that enhance website performance, optimize marketing spend, and improve the overall customer journey. Working remotely from any UK location, you will collaborate with various departments to translate data into actionable strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and conversion funnels to identify key performance drivers and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track critical e-commerce KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behaviour, segmentation, and lifetime value.
• Support the marketing team in measuring the effectiveness of digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social).
• Perform A/B testing and provide recommendations for website optimization and user experience enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging analytical tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Business.
• Proven experience in e-commerce analytics or digital marketing analysis.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
