E-commerce Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and insightful E-commerce Analyst to join their fully remote team. You will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and optimize the performance of our online business. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data interpretation, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all e-commerce channels.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into specific areas such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance, customer experience, and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
• Stay current with e-commerce trends and analytics tools, continuously seeking ways to enhance data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and an understanding of e-commerce metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
