About the Role

Our client is looking for a vibrant and proactive E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Edinburgh . You will play a key role in managing and growing their online sales channels and executing digital marketing campaigns. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue through effective online strategies and compelling content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a smooth and intuitive customer experience.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across channels like email, social media, and paid advertising to drive traffic and sales.
• Create engaging and on-brand content for the website, social media, and email newsletters.
• Monitor website analytics and campaign performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Assist in managing online marketplaces and third-party e-commerce platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, preferably within a retail or online business.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website content management systems (CMS).
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media marketing.
• Strong content creation skills (written and visual) and attention to detail.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret website and campaign data.
• Enthusiasm for online retail and digital trends, based in or able to commute to Edinburgh .
