Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) to drive brand awareness and customer interaction.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for ROI and key performance indicators.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments and identify new opportunities.
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Demonstrable success in managing and growing social media channels and driving e-commerce sales.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and CRM systems is advantageous.
