About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized E-commerce & Social Media Officer to join their team in Plymouth . This role focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of the company's online presence, including its e-commerce storefront and social media channels. You will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and fostering customer interaction online. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, promotions, and content on the e-commerce website .
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
• Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid social advertising.
• Analyze website and social media performance metrics, generating reports on key findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts and basic e-commerce operations .
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles and online sales funnels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment in Plymouth .
