Our client is seeking a strategic and creative E-commerce Content & Social Media Strategist to shape their online brand narrative and drive engagement. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing overarching content and social media strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including editorial calendars, content themes, and distribution plans for e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Define the social media strategy, identifying key platforms, target audiences, and engagement tactics to achieve business goals.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand content across various formats (written, visual, video), ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and impactful posting across all relevant channels.
- Analyze content and social media performance, utilizing data to refine strategies, optimize engagement, and measure ROI.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content and social media efforts are integrated and support broader company initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing content and social media strategies, ideally within an e-commerce context.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and social media trends.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong creative flair.
