This role, based in Edinburgh , is crucial for enhancing product appeal and driving customer engagement. You will work on a contract basis, bringing your unique vision to life and contributing to the brand's online narrative. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent writing skills, and a passion for storytelling within the e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and persuasive product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
• Develop creative content for social media, email campaigns, and blog posts to drive traffic and sales.
• Create and edit visual content, including product photography, graphics, and short videos.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice, style, and tone.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand product nuances and target audiences.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Copywriter, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce work.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Experience with photography and videography for product showcasing is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to web content.
