About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Content Creator to join their marketing team in Glasgow . You will be responsible for producing compelling and high-quality content for their online store and associated digital channels, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media updates, and visual assets. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling and skilled in crafting engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's online voice and visual identity, ensuring all content is aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Write persuasive and informative product descriptions for the e-commerce website.
• Create engaging blog posts, articles, and website copy to drive traffic and improve SEO.
• Develop creative concepts and produce visual content (images, videos, graphics) for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency across all content.
• Optimize content for search engines and user experience across different platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation , copywriting, or a similar role, preferably within e-commerce.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
• Understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them to content.
• Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work from Glasgow .
