About the Role

This role is responsible for creating compelling and optimized product descriptions, website copy, and marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions. You will play a key role in ensuring our online brand voice is consistent and attractive to our target audience, working closely with the e-commerce and design teams. Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and persuasive product descriptions and specifications for the e-commerce website.
• Develop engaging website copy, including landing pages, banners, and promotional materials.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to understand product features and benefits.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and quality standards.
• Proofread and edit existing content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Specialist , Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in e-commerce.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to website content.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret product information and translate it into engaging customer-facing copy.
• A portfolio of writing samples is required.
