About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Digital Marketing Analyst to join their remote team. This role is crucial for interpreting data from various digital marketing channels to provide actionable insights that drive strategy and improve performance. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics across social media, paid search, email marketing, and website analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative skills and a passion for understanding customer behavior in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across all channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email, organic search).
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to provide recommendations for campaign optimization and strategy adjustments.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide insights to improve conversion rates on landing pages and e-commerce sites.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure accurate data collection and reporting methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
