About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative and data-obsessed E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their forward-thinking team, working remotely from anywhere in the UK. This role is focused on driving rapid and sustainable growth for our client's e-commerce business through creative experimentation and data-driven optimization across the entire customer lifecycle. You will identify key opportunities, design and implement A/B tests, and leverage digital marketing channels to increase customer acquisition, conversion rates, and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Conduct extensive A/B testing and multivariate testing on website elements, marketing campaigns, and user flows.
• Identify and leverage new digital marketing channels and tactics to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer onboarding, engagement, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design) to implement growth initiatives and track their impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Growth Hacking or E-commerce Growth role, with a demonstrable track record of driving significant growth.
• Strong expertise in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Creative and experimental mindset, with a willingness to test unconventional ideas.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote team environment.
