Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute rapid experiments across the entire customer lifecycle to drive growth.
• Analyze website data, user behavior, and market trends to identify key opportunities for optimization.
• Implement and manage A/B tests for landing pages, product pages, checkout processes, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and optimize user acquisition strategies through paid social, SEM, and affiliate marketing.
• Enhance customer retention and lifetime value through email marketing, loyalty programs, and personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a growth hacking, performance marketing, or e-commerce strategy role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).
• Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
