E-commerce Growth Hacker

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experimental E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their team remotely. In this fully remote role, you will be tasked with identifying and implementing innovative strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for their online business. You will leverage data analysis, A/B testing, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels to drive rapid and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute rapid experiments across various marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing) to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze user behaviour, conversion funnels, and key metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Implement and iterate on growth strategies, focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable product or marketing improvements.
• Develop and manage referral programs, viral loops, and other community-driven growth initiatives.
• Stay ahead of emerging growth hacking techniques, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Proven track record in growth hacking or performance marketing within an e-commerce setting.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in A/B testing, data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and CRM systems.
• Experience with a variety of digital marketing channels and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for identifying unconventional solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a significant advantage.
