About the Role
Our client is looking for an innovative and results-oriented E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their team, working remotely from Belfast . This role demands a blend of marketing expertise, analytical prowess, and creative problem-solving to identify and implement strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will be at the forefront of experimenting with new growth tactics across digital channels, with a particular emphasis on social media and user experience optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates.
- Identify and leverage new growth channels and opportunities, particularly within social media and content marketing.
- Develop and implement viral loops and referral programs to drive organic growth.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and inform data-driven decision-making for e-commerce strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in growth hacking or performance marketing within an e-commerce setting.
- Strong understanding of user psychology, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis.
- Expertise in analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and social media marketing automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and experimental design skills.
