E-commerce Growth Marketer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a growth-focused E-commerce Growth Marketer to join their team in Edinburgh , operating on a hybrid basis. This role is critical for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on leveraging social media channels effectively. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing data-driven initiatives to accelerate growth, optimize conversion rates, and expand the customer base for our client's online business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid search, email, and content marketing to drive e-commerce sales.
• Analyze campaign performance, website analytics, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
• Manage and optimize social media advertising budgets and campaigns to achieve customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS) targets.
• Implement A/B testing strategies for landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
• Explore and test new marketing channels and growth hacking techniques to expand reach and acquire new customers.
• Collaborate with the product and web development teams to enhance the user experience and conversion funnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth through paid social, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various social media ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
