About the Role
Our client, a prominent innovator in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is searching for a forward-thinking E-commerce Manager to spearhead their online sales and digital presence. This fully remote role requires a strategic leader to develop and execute a best-in-class e-commerce strategy, driving online revenue growth and enhancing the customer journey. You will be responsible for managing the company's online store, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and leveraging data analytics to inform decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale an e-commerce platform from the ground up, working within a dynamic and supportive virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and market penetration for FMCG products.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's online store, including product merchandising, content updates, and user experience optimization.
- Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure a seamless online customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and growing an e-commerce business, preferably in the FMCG sector.
