About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead their online retail strategy and operations based in London . You will be instrumental in driving sales growth, enhancing the customer journey, and optimizing the online store's performance across various digital channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and hands-on execution within the fast-paced world of e-commerce and social media marketing. You will collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience that aligns with brand values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, merchandising, and promotions.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing website experience.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and platforms to optimize e-commerce performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record in e-commerce management , with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising .
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data interpretation.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
