E-commerce Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organized E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing initiatives in Sheffield . This role is perfect for a proactive individual eager to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online retail marketing. You will assist in the execution of various marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, while helping to maintain the e-commerce website. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time, contributing to the overall online sales strategy and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Schedule and publish content on social media platforms and assist with community management.
• Help manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
• Support the coordination of paid advertising efforts, ensuring ads are set up correctly.
• Update and maintain product information and content on the e-commerce website.
• Collect and compile data for campaign performance reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role, ideally within e-commerce.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A degree or qualification in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
