E-commerce Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of e-commerce marketing strategies , including email campaigns, social media promotions, and content updates.
• Manage and update product information, descriptions, and imagery on the company's e-commerce platform.
• Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including website banners, social media graphics, and email newsletters.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for marketing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools, especially related to e-commerce.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
